Changes in Privacy Policy All "personal information" ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. Pocket Bikes Unlimited reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. If as the result of such changes, you want to alter the ways in which Pocket Bikes Unlimited is allowed to use your personal information, you can do so by following the procedure described below in the section titled "Updating your personal information and privacy preferences." You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, the changes to the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after such notice has been posted for thirty (30) days with the following exception: If at the time you provide personal information to Pocket Bikes Unlimited you are given the opportunity (as you currently are) to limit how such information will be used to communicate with you, either by Pocket Bikes Unlimited or by third parties, Pocket Bikes Unlimited will not change your preference in this regard without your express consent. However, if Pocket Bikes Unlimited sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or Pocket Bikes Unlimited (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by, or merged with, another entity, Pocket Bikes Unlimited may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without your consent. How your personal information is used Pocket Bikes Unlimited collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you subscribe to a service or register a product, for example, the information is used to register your rights, if any, to technical support or other benefits that may be made available to registered users. As another example, if you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. Your personal information is also used to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of Pocket Bikes Unlimited and selected third parties if you have so opted to receive such communications. Pocket Bikes Unlimited may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. Pocket Bikes Unlimited may use this aggregate, non-identifying statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing, or similar promotional purposes. Pocket Bikes Unlimited will not sell any personal information to other parties whatsoever. We will only ship to the billing address on the credit card. We will only ship via USPS (UNITED STATES PARCEL SERVICE) PRIORITY MAIL Due to the nature of performance applications (High Performance and After market Parts), these items are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Free shipping offers apply to bike orders shipped to California only, Pocket Bikes Unlimited shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or sale of these parts. SAFETY INFORMATION Riding pocket bikes, pit / dirt bikes, quads and scooters can be a hazardous activity, never ride with more than one passenger at a time, bikes are not designed for more than one rider unless stated or designed for such. Never allow a rider under 16 years of age to ride any type of motorized scooter or bike. The use of motorized equipment involves numerous risks of injury and death. Adverse terrain and conditions, poorly maintained equipment and the use of drugs and alcohol can increase these risks. ALWAYS use common sense when using motorized equipment. Always make sure to check all assembled components and that all functions such as rims and tires are mounted and tightened securely, handle bars are tight, brakes are in good working condition and that all hardware is secure before operating your motorized scooter / bike.. The equipment should always be properly inspected before each use, and should not be used if any parts or functions are worn, damaged, missing, loose or not functioning properly. Proper safety equipment should ALWAYS be worn at ALL times. Under no circumstances will Pocket Bikes Unlimited be held liable for injuries incurred while operating a pocket bike, quad, scooter or dirt bike!!! |
